The Hanyang University 48th Alumni Association General Meeting and New Year’s Party was held at Uraeok on the 9th (Sun). 

On this day, about 30 alumni gathered at the alumni association to announce the revision of the bylaws, the appointment of officers, and plans for the New Year’s event, and then strengthened their friendship and camaraderie. 

Lee Sang-yeol was appointed Chairman, So Byeong-hun as President, Jeong Seung-wan and Lee Hye-jin as Vice Presidents, Kim Byeong-uk as Secretary, Choi Hyun-ju as Treasurer, and Shim Jae-heon as Auditor. 

This year’s major events include the Northeastern U.S. Presidents’ Cup Golf Tournament on April 25, the Spring Picnic in May, the wreath-laying ceremony at the Korean War Veterans Memorial in June, and the General Alumni Association President’s Cup Golf Tournament in September. 

These include the autumn picnic, the meeting of Hanyang people around the world in October, and the year-end party in December.
