The Hanyang University Washington Alumni Association (President So Byeong-hun, Chairman Lee Sang-yeol) held a ‘Year-End Night’ event on the 29th.

Twenty-eight alumni attended the event held at the home of former alumni association president Jeong Seung-wan in Santilly, where they reflected on the fading Year of the Pig, shared their hopes for the New Year of the Rat, and strengthened their friendship and camaraderie.

Despite the bad weather with winter rain falling all day, eight alumni and new alumni from Baltimore attended and received a warm welcome from their seniors and juniors.

As its first schedule of the new year, the alumni association decided to hold a general meeting around the Lunar New Year in January, and then hold the 3rd Washington-New York Alumni Friendship Golf Tournament in New York.

On this day, the alumni received notebooks, calendars, and mugs sent by the university alumni association as souvenirs.
