On November 11, 2022, a New York alumni association dinner was held at Pine Plaza in New York to commemorate the president’s visit.

On this day, about 50 alumni from the New York area, including Alumni Association President Lee Chan-hee (Architecture ’73), attended, and four representatives from the school, including President Kim Woo-seung and Director of External Affairs Hwang Hee-jun, graced the occasion.

Lee Chan-hee, the president of the alumni association, conveyed a touching message, saying, “I am so glad and deeply moved to be able to see the faces of all the alumni again in commemoration of President Kim Woo-seung’s visit, leaving behind the COVID-19 situation that has continued for the past three years.”

In particular, the dinner was held in an even brighter and fresher atmosphere thanks to the attendance of new and young alumni members.
