{"id":351,"date":"2026-08-21T11:58:32","date_gmt":"2026-08-21T11:58:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.goigi.biz\/HanyangUniversity\/?p=351"},"modified":"2026-08-21T11:58:32","modified_gmt":"2026-08-21T11:58:32","slug":"hanyang-university-gceo-alumni-association-hosts-webinar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.yourproject.online\/HanyangUniversity\/hanyang-university-gceo-alumni-association-hosts-webinar\/","title":{"rendered":"Hanyang University GCEO Alumni Association Hosts Webinar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hanyang University (President Kim Woo-seung) announced on the 30th that it will hold a &#8220;G-CEO Special Webinar&#8221; via the video conferencing program &#8220;Zoom&#8221; over a total of four sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. from July 7 to 16.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">This free webinar, hosted by Hanyang University, organized by the Hanyang G-CEO Alumni Association (President Sean Noh), and sponsored by the OC Korean Chamber of Commerce (President Brian Jung) and the Hanyang University Southern California Alumni Association,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">This is a gathering of experts from the fields of economics, business, design, and medicine to explore the direction our society should pursue under the theme of &#8216;Challenges and Responses After COVID-19.&#8217;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Starting with Professor Ha Joon-kyung of the Department of Economics on the 7th with the topic &#8216;The World Economy and the Korean Economy Post-COVID-19,&#8217; followed by Professor Lee Sang-myung of the Department of Business Administration on the 9th with the topic &#8216;Survival Strategies for Small Giant Companies in the COVID-19 Era,&#8217; and Professor Song Ji-sung of the College of Design on the 14th with the topic &#8216;Post-COVID, Awaken the 97% Creativity Gene,&#8217; the final fourth lecture will be held on the 16th with Professor Han Dong-woon of the Department of International Medical Development at the College of Medicine giving the lecture &#8216;COVID-19: Global Health Pandemics &amp; Future Medicine.&#8217;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hanyang University\u2019s G-CEO has been holding annual special lectures titled the &#8220;Hanyang G-CEO Program&#8221; (chaired by Professor Sang-Gil Jeon of the Hanyang University School of Business Administration) in Orange County, California, covering topics such as international management and analysis of business trends. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the program has been switched to an online format this year. The lectures are offered free of charge to executives of major domestic companies, CEOs of Hanyang University alumni companies across the U.S. and Canada, and business leaders in the Korean-American community.
