Our school held an entrance ceremony for the Global CEO Program (HGCEO) in Los Angeles, USA on Wednesday, July 18.
The HGCEO program was first established in Orange County, Los Angeles, USA in 2013 and has been offered every year since, with the exception of last year due to COVID-19, welcoming its 8th cohort of students in 2020. Approximately 15 to 30 graduates are produced annually, and as of the 7th cohort in 2019, a total of about 150 HGCEO alumni have been formed.
In particular, this year, to overcome the disappointment of the recruitment for the 8th cohort being suspended last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, classes were entirely switched to real-time online video lectures. As a result, students were able to take classes both online and offline, and the popularity was confirmed as a large number of students applied from areas such as Texas and Arizona, in addition to LA.
Meanwhile, in addition to HGCEO Alumni Association President Noh Sang-il and the students, President Kim Woo-seung graced the entrance ceremony with his presence by delivering congratulatory remarks via video.
